Model Vortexes

Over time I plan to produce a series of PDF files containing discussion of mathematical models of vortexes. So far, I have composed only a discussion of steady-state models, such as the Rankine Vortex, Burgers-Rott Vortex, Sullivan Vortex, and Kuo's vortexes. I plan additional investigation of speculations that I present in this document, and other topics. Please check back from time to time.

I have decided to use the PDF format because it allows me a convenient way to distribute work that involves complex mathematics and graphics. It is also easy for me to produce such a document from text that I compose in LaTeX. If you need the acrobat reader for PDF files you may obtain it here.
